Terms of reference

Terms of reference outline the scope of an inquiry and the issues the Royal Commission has considered. The terms of reference for this Royal Commission are included in the Letters Patent. The Letters Patent are the official documents used to establish the Royal Commission and appoint the Commissioners. The Letters Patent also set out how the Royal Commission will operate.

The amended Letters Patent extend the reporting date of this Royal Commission.
